What happens after placing an order:

  • We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, followed by shipping within 1 business day after handling.

  • As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email to let you know and provide a tracking number.

Estimated shipping times are based on regular delivery schedules and do not account for any potential delays that may occur. It is important to keep in mind that during peak seasons, such as holidays, shipping times may be extended. To ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your desired delivery date. To ensure processing on the same business day, orders must be placed before 6:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after 6:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following day. Kindly note that we are unable to offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Package Care:

At Molded In Wax, we understand the importance of ensuring that your candles arrive in pristine condition. To this end, we take great care in packaging your candles to shield them from the elements and potential damage during transit. However, we recommend that once your order arrives, you minimize the time your candles spend outside on your doorstep, particularly during periods of extreme hot or cold weather conditions.

Return, exchange and refund policy:

Molded In Wax has a strict policy of not accepting any exchanges. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or exchange is required. If upon receipt of your order, you discover that the products are defective, damaged or not as ordered, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page, providing us with a picture of the defective or damaged product(s), as well as a picture of the original packaging. In order to be eligible for a refund, the products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Please note that each product may have specific requirements and guidelines for returns, which will be provided to you. If your return meets all applicable conditions, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. However, please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
